I
don't know if Dark Angel 2 it was ever proposed
to Dolph, but it seems a sequel project was announced years later
(around 1996), starring his Rocky IV female co-star
Brigitte
Nielsen and also probably Matthias
Hues who already starred alongside Nielsen.
In
an interview,
Matthias Hues talks about the project of a sequel to the movie
he's mostly famous for:
"Was
there ever talk of sequel to "I Come in Peace [Dark Angel]"?"
"I
COME IN PEACE 2....yeah, tell it to the producers...I did! The
rights were sold to MGM. I had lunch with the boss over there
and he liked the idea so we'll see what comes out of it. Keep
your fingers crossed..." |
